It is a specific server.
My server can get that server's ip through DNS, this is what log said:

12/25/2003 09:26:11 AM Router: [0000001C] Transferring mail to domain XXXXXXXXX [111.111.111.111]) via SMTP
12/25/2003 09:26:14 AM Router: No messages transferred to XXXXXXXXXX via SMTP

Most mails sending well except to this server.
